Fourth Grade Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and confident Fourth Grade Lead Teacher to join our dedicated team of educators. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a collaborative team player, and committed to fostering both academic excellence and Christian values in the classroom.

Duties:

• Plan and deliver engaging fourth grade curriculum
• Create a nurturing, structured, and faith-centered classroom environment
• Assess student progress and communicate effectively with parents
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership
• Encourage students' academic, social, and spiritual growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Teaching experience preferred
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Positive attitude and heart for Christian education
