Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Teacher to inspire and educate young learners in a vibrant classroom environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the educational journey of children, fostering their academic growth, social skills, and love for learning. The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, and a strong commitment to student development, ensuring each child reaches their full potential through engaging lessons and supportive mentorship. This position is a typical 10-month employment. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy, math, science, and social studies. Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes positive behavior management and effective classroom management strategies. Utilize learning technology tools to enhance instruction and facilitate interactive learning experiences. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing preparations. Provide individualized support and tutoring to students with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to develop tailored educational plans for students with autism or other learning differences. Mentor new teachers and assist in curriculum development initiatives to improve teaching practices across the school. Bible class is a requirement to teach Subject will vary ( Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, Ect..) Experience Prior classroom experience in middle school education is essential, with a preference for private school or Montessori settings. Demonstrated proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and literacy education techniques. Experience working with children with diverse needs, including behavior management strategies and working with individuals with autism. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Proven ability to manage classrooms effectively while fostering a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity and growth. Join us in making a meaningful difference in young lives! Pay:
$29,920.00 - $35,200.00 per year
