About the Position We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who believes that relationships come before academics, understands that every child learns differently, and enjoys creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences that inspire confidence and growth. Our Kindergarten classroom focuses on developing strong foundations in literacy, mathematics, social-emotional learning, executive functioning, creativity, and independence while allowing children to learn through exploration, movement, and meaningful experiences. What You'll Do As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will: Create a warm, welcoming classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and capable. Plan engaging lessons that meet Florida standards while allowing flexibility for individualized learning. Differentiate instruction to support students with varying learning styles and academic needs. Foster curiosity through hands-on, project-based, and interactive learning experiences. Support children's academic, social, emotional, and character development. Build strong partnerships with families through open and positive communication. Monitor student progress and celebrate growth. Collaborate closely with fellow teachers, instructional leaders, and administration.
