  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate VPK teacher to join our educational team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and growth. This role involves creating lesson plans, implementing educational activities, and ensuring the welfare of children in a classroom setting. Experience in daycare/VPK settings is preferred, with an emphasis on utilizing various methods to enhance student learning. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. Create a nurturing and safe classroom environment that promotes child welfare and encourages positive interactions among students. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative educational experience. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Organize classroom activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in preschool-aged children. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience. Skills Strong lesson planning abilities with a focus on engaging instructional strategies. Experience in childcare settings, particularly in private schools or daycare environments. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Familiarity with various teaching methods is a plus. Ability to create a structured yet flexible classroom environment that meets the needs of all students. Experience working with children of various ages, demonstrating patience and understanding of child development principles.
