K-8 Microschool Teacher

Faith-Based Microschool - Flexible Role Join our faith-based, non-traditional microschool community as a Teacher who is flexible and team-oriented. This role is perfect for an educator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about guiding students academically, socially, and spiritually. You will help create a Christ-centered, engaging learning environment where students are known, supported, and inspired.

Responsibilities:

Support instruction across multiple subjects as needed (ELA, math, science, etc.) Step in to assist teachers and lead lessons when necessary Foster a positive, structured classroom environment with strong behavior management Build meaningful relationships with students to support academic and personal growth Collaborate closely with staff on lesson planning, school initiatives, and student support Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs in a non-traditional setting Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and a love for learning Integrate faith and values into daily interactions and instruction

Qualifications:

Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take initiative Experience working with middle school students (preferred) Strong classroom management and communication skills Creative thinker who can think outside the box Team player with a collaborative mindset Passion for teaching in a faith-based, microschool environment If you are a dynamic educator who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact, we would love to have you join our team!
