KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

BA or BS in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education (Master's preferred) 3+ years of successful teaching experience Strong understanding of child development and best practices Expertise in a variety of teaching models Commitment to ongoing professional development Excellent communication and collaboration skills Join MCDS and unleash the potential within every student, every day, everywhere!
