• PreKindergarten to join the Lower School Campus as Clark Road. We are committed to providing a relevant and student-centered learning experience for PreKindergarten through Grade 3 students on our evolving, new campus. Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Lower School
• Clark Road, the Lower School Lead Educator
• PreKindergaten will be responsible for the following: Oversee and plan individual and small group work that differentiates instruction.

Assess, collect, and maintain data on student academic progress. Provide timely feedback to students and collaborate with faculty to offer specialized support in pursuit of each student's learning goals. Facilitate and design effective work and productive dialogue among students and teachers to enhance the program and student experience. Select appropriate materials and resources to enrich and enhance the curriculum. Live the school's mission and core values of respect, integrity, service, excellence, and responsibility. Qualifications The following experience, skills & knowledge are required and/or preferred: Bachelor's Degree in elementary education required; Master's Degree preferred. A passion for learning and the ability to motivate and inspire students. Proficient with Word, Excel, and the Google Drive platform. A successful track record of working effectively with a wide range of constituencies including students, faculty, staff and parents. Compensation and Benefits This is a 10-month full-time exempt position available in August 2026. Compensation is highly competitive and commensurate with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package. At Out-of-Door, we value a diverse workforce.
