Company Overview The JROTC Program of Christian Schools is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to providing Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) programs to Christian and private schools within the local community. We focus on fostering leadership, discipline, and citizenship among students through structured military-style training and educational activities. Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated JROTC Instructor to lead and inspire students in developing essential life skills, leadership qualities, and a sense of service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape young minds while promoting values of integrity, responsibility, and teamwork within a supportive educational environment. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and deliver engaging JROTC curriculum aligned with program standards and educational goals Lead students in physical training exercises, drill practices, and leadership development activities Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages discipline, respect, and teamwork Evaluate student progress through assessments, performance reviews, and feedback sessions Coordinate with school staff and community partners to enhance program activities and events Promote safety during all training exercises and ensure compliance with organizational policies Serve as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm for student growth Experience Prior experience working with youth in educational or extracurricular settings is highly desirable University experience or background in education, military training, or leadership development is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students effectively Ability to plan and execute structured training sessions with attention to safety standards Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive environments that support diverse student populations Join us in making a meaningful difference by empowering students through disciplined training, leadership opportunities, and character development! Military Personnel That Have Either Retired or Just Simply EAS'ed Out With An Honorable Discharge. We Are Looking For Someone To Help With A Pre-Military Program With High School Students As An Instructor It's A Great Way To Give Back And Help Guide Them In A Positive Direction. Job Is 5 Days Weekly

• 25.00 Must Have Proof Of Service Please Be Honest And Serious Looking To Fill This Spot Immediately We are looking for end of service, and or Retired personnel. Job Is $16
• $25.00 Per Hour, (not to be used as a main source of income)(( 1-3 Hours Per Day))
