Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Age Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for educating students in various subjects while promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavior. Help with homework on a day to day basis Foster a love for learning by incorporating hands-on activities and real-world applications into lessons. Maintain classroom discipline while promoting respect and understanding among students. Skills Strong background in Early Childhood Education and Childhood Development . Experience working with children in various settings such as Daycare , Childcare , or through Tutoring . Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Creative problem-solving skills to adapt lessons for different learning styles and abilities.
