Qualifications Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with Middle School Endorsement Application Deadline This position will remain posted until the hiring process is complete; however, interviews may be conducted after May 18, 2026, so interested applicants should submit their materials ASAP to ensure consideration. Important Notes This position is for the District's College & Career Readiness Summer Transition Program, which will be located at Edison Middle School. This program runs Monday, June 22, 2026 - Thursday, June 25, 2026. Student Contact Hours will take be from 8:30 a.m.-1:10 p.m. Staff will be expected to be on duty (an will be paid) from 7:45 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Initial required training (paid) will be Thursday, June 18, 2026 from 2:00 p.m.-3:00p.m. Teachers will be paid at the rate of $40.00/hour for actual hours worked.
