Our ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters the growth and development of students. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to educational excellence, and the ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues. The Lead Teacher will play a pivotal role in curriculum development and classroom management while ensuring that each child's unique learning needs are met. Our education centers currently serve students ages 5-12. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. Provide individualized support to students, including tutoring and special education assistance as needed. Collaborate with fellow educators to design and enhance curriculum development initiatives. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to promote academic success. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the school community through effective communication. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in childhood development and education methodologies. Maintain an organized classroom Skills Background in tutoring and education practices. Proficient in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for various age groups. Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an orderly environment conducive to learning. Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff members. Ability to adapt teaching methods based on student needs and feedback. After School Program Full Time Lead Teachers Requirements Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Education OR 60 credit hours of college credit plus 6 in the education field
Hours:
10:30am-6:30pm with a one hour lunch break We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about education to apply for this rewarding opportunity as a Lead Teacher.
