Creates learning experiences that make the content accessible and meaningful to all students. 2. Provides learning opportunities that support the intellectual, social, and personal development and growth of all students. 3. Creates instructional opportunities that are adapted to diverse learners and meet individual needs. 4. Shows an understanding of instructional planning and designs instruction based upon knowledge of appropriate assessments, discipline, students, the community, and curriculum goals. 5. Uses an understanding of both individual and group motivation and behavior to create a learning environment that encourages positive social interaction, active engagement in learning, and self motivation. 6. Uses a variety of instructional strategies to encourage and document students' growth and development in the areas of critical thinking, problem-solving, and performance skills. Professional Educator License (PEL) required.
