is seeking a full-time, 10-month middle school Multilingual Teacher for the 26-27 SY at Thompson Middle School for the 26-27 SY. See job description.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) English as a Second Language (ESL) endorsement or English as a New Language (ENL) endorsement
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of and expertise with various models of quality instruction for multilingual learners Experience in research-based instructional practices and student-centered learning Demonstrate knowledge and ability to support students within ELL programs Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with families of targeted students to develop the partnership between home and school
