Alternative Facilitator Requirements:

Appropriate student behavior and classroom management skills. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with middle school students is preferred.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

Facilitate daily instruction across core subject areas Build positive, trusting relationships with students to support engagement and growth Maintain a structured, safe, and supportive classroom environment Demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism at all times Act as a positive role model for students Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
