Focus on Tier 1 Acceleration (ELA or Math) 2026-2027 (14692) Description We are looking for a highly skilled educator dedicated to eliminating persistent achievement gaps by ensuring all students have immediate access to high-quality, grade-level content. Unlike traditional remedial models that focus on recovery/remediation this role utilizes a "just-in-time" instructional approach to intentionally integrate prerequisite skills and academic vocabulary to prepare students for current grade-level curriculum. The primary goal is to keep students moving forward on their intended grade-level trajectories by providing support ahead of time so students can enter into Tier 1 instruction with more success. In addition, this role will serve as a unified arts teacher for Grade 8 students based on certification area.
