Aug 24, 2026 Job Description Saint Joseph School is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and faith-centered educator to serve as a full-time Middle School Math and Science/STEM Teacher. The ideal candidate will inspire students in grades 6-8 through engaging instruction, hands-on learning experiences, and innovative approaches that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and a love of learning. The successful candidate will integrate Catholic values throughout the curriculum while helping students develop strong mathematical, scientific, and technological literacy. Responsibilities Teach middle school mathematics and science courses in accordance with diocesan and state standards. Develop and implement engaging STEM experiences, projects, and inquiry-based learning opportunities. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners. Create a positive, supportive, and structured classroom environment. Integrate technology effectively into instruction and learning activities. Assess student progress regularly and communicate effectively with students, parents, and administration. Collaborate with faculty and staff to support school-wide initiatives and student success. Participate in school liturgies, faith formation activities, faculty meetings, and professional development. Model Catholic values and support the mission of Catholic education.
