Job Description

Temple Ahavat Achim in Gloucester, a warm, welcoming shul by the sea, is looking for intelligent, responsible, flexible, experienced Jewish professional teachers for our K-7th grade classes during the 2026-2027 school year on Sundays from 9:00AM-12:15 PM and/or Tuesdays from 3:30-5:30 PM. Attractive supplementary job that complements a teacher or college student's working hours, follows public school vacations and includes summers off. Engaging curriculum based on the desires of the community with ample opportunity for professional learning, development, and guidance. The professional learning the teaching staff does together includes deepening understanding of Jewish content in conjunction with when it is taught to children.
