Split Shift

School-Age Teacher

• Flexible Schedule We are currently seeking a reliable, energetic, and flexible individual to work with our School-Age program.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, is dependable, team-oriented, and able to create a positive and engaging environment for school-age children. Must have MSDE certification. Schedule This position requires a flexible split-shift schedule that may include: Morning shift: 6:00 AM

• 9:00 AM or 7:00 AM
• 9:00 AM Returning shift: 2:00 PM
• 6:00 PM, or similar hours within that timeframe Candidates should also be available to cover additional shifts when needed if another staff member calls out.

Responsibilities and Duties Supervise and care for school-age children Create a safe, fun, and structured environment Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and learning experiences Assist with homework support and daily routines Encourage positive social interactions and behavior Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom areas Work cooperatively with staff and follow center policies and procedures Qualifications Flexible and dependable with strong teamwork skills Positive attitude and passion for working with children Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience working with school-age children preferred We are looking for someone who is caring, professional, and committed to providing a positive and enriching experience for school-age children.
