This role is pivotal in providing targeted academic support to students who require additional assistance in their learning. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters student engagement, encourages academic growth, and helps students develop the skills necessary for success in their educational journey. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students in the tutorial room. Assess student progress regularly through formal and informal assessments, providing feedback to students and parents as necessary. Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to identify students in need of additional support and develop strategies for improvement.
