About Becker District/School:
Becker School District is conveniently located off of US Hwy 10, just 20 minutes SE from St. Cloud and 45 minutes NW from the Twin Cities. The District consists of five buildings, all situated on a single, cohesive campus and serves approximately 2,800 students - Early Education Building, Primary School (K-2), Intermediate School (3-5), Middle School (6-8), and High School (9-12). Grade Life Skills Teacher:
Becker Middle School is seeking a teacher for an 8th Grade Life Skills course. This course focuses on preparing students with practical skills they will use in everyday life.

Course OfferingsHuman Development and Family RelationsPersonal and Family FinanceNutrition, Cooking, and WellnessTextiles, Apparel, and Consumer SkillsThe teacher will deliver instruction across all four areas, helping students build skills in relationships, financial literacy, healthy living, nutrition and cooking, and responsible consumer choices.
Qualifications:
Valid MN teaching license in one or more of the following areas:
Family and Consumer ScienceHealthSocial StudiesExpectations:
Provide engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Connect content to real-life situations. Support students in developing independence and decision-making skills. Align instruction to standards within the four focus areas. This position is an opportunity to make a direct impact by equipping students with skills they will carry into high school and beyond.
