After School Program Staff

Montessori School of Duluth is seeking a caring and responsible staff member for our Sunset School program to supervise children, assist with activities, and help create a safe, respectful, and engaging after-school environment.

Schedule:

Daily Hours:

3:00pm-6:00pm, with potential for additional hours. Required to attend staff meetings and professional development events

Qualifications:

Must qualify as an Assistant Teacher under DHS Rule 3 Ability to lift/sit/crouch/crawl to interact with children Ability to supervise and play outdoors in all seasons. Effective Communicator Experience in a childcare center, preferably with children 12 mos-6 years Experience in leadership role working with children Enthusiasm, patience, creativity and self-initiated Interest in, and respect for, the Montessori method Current First Aid & CPR certification Must pass a background check

From $19.00 per hour
