Duties Plan and implement engaging after-school activities that support childhood development, including educational games, active games, etc Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive behavior management techniques to ensure a safe and respectful environment. Supervise children during indoor activities, ensuring safety at all times through vigilant classroom management. Provide basic first aid when necessary and respond appropriately to minor injuries or emergencies. Collaborate with colleagues to create activities that will be fun and engaging for the children. . Be a positive role model. Skills Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain order while fostering a fun learning environment. Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, camp, tutoring, or early childhood education. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly through first aid certification and safety protocols. Excellent communication skills for working with children, parents, and team members. Familiarity with behavior management strategies. Passion for working with students and supporting their growth through engaging activities and homework help.
