The ideal candidate is a creative, student-centered educator who is committed to helping students grow academically while fostering curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning across subject areas. This teacher will create an engaging classroom environment that emphasizes hands-on learning, differentiated instruction, and collaboration. The role includes teaching core middle school subjects and supporting students as they develop strong academic habits, critical thinking skills, and personal responsibility.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field Ability to obtain ACSI Certification Experience teaching elementary students preferred Strong classroom management and organizational skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills A personal commitment to the mission and values of BCS and a growing in your faith

Pay:

$38,625.39 - $43,742.41 per year
