Middle School Math and Science Teachers

Mallard Creek STEM Academy is seeking a passionate, student-centered Middle School Math and Science Teachers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to academic excellence, relationship-building, and creating engaging learning experiences that prepare students for success in high school, college, and future careers. This position is responsible for delivering rigorous math and science instruction to middle school students while supporting the school's STEM-focused mission through collaboration, innovation, and data-driven instruction. Establish a positive, structured, and student-centered classroom culture Communicate high expectations for student achievement and behavior Build strong relationships with students and families Utilize effective classroom management strategies that support learning and accountability Maintain professionalism in communication, appearance, and conduct Complete all required reports, documentation, and compliance tasks in a timely manner Engage in ongoing professional growth and reflective practice Perform additional duties as assigned by administration
