Responsibilities Instruction & Classroom Leadership Plan and deliver engaging, standards‑aligned daily lessons. Classroom Management Establish clear expectations, routines, and procedures. Implement school‑wide discipline policies consistently and respectfully. Use restorative practices to support student growth and responsibility. Communicate behavior concerns promptly and professionally with parents. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and academic records. Prepare weekly progress reports and quarterly report cards. Document behavioral incidents according to school policy. Submit lesson plans and required reports on time. Parent & Community Communication Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic progress and behavior. Respond to parent messages within expected school timeframes. Participate in parent‑teacher conferences and school events. Support parents as the primary educators of their children. Professional Responsibilities Arrive on time and fulfill assigned duties (morning care, lunch, dismissal, etc.). Attend staff meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions. Collaborate with colleagues to support school culture and student success. Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics. Serve as a positive, biblical role model in conduct, speech, and attitude. Safety & Supervision Ensure active supervision of students at all times. Follow all safety, emergency, and health protocols. Report accidents, injuries, or concerns immediately to administration. Classroom Environment Prepare the classroom before the school year and maintain it throughout the year. Keep materials, technology, and student workspaces organized and functional. Create a welcoming, visually engaging learning environment. Maintain a structured, positive, and Christ‑centered classroom environment. Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. Use assessments (formal and informal) to guide instruction and track student progress. Integrate biblical worldview connections throughout instruction.

Pay:

$2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month
