Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, extracurricular activities, and school-wide initiatives to enrich the learning experience. Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and developmental milestones. Requirements Proven classroom experience in a private school setting with a focus on elementary, middle school or high school education. Strong knowledge of lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, staff, and administration. Demonstrated writing skills for lesson documentation, student reports, and parent communications.
