06/30/2026 Position Purpose Chichester Central School is seeking a dynamic and student-centered Middle School Science Teacher to support student growth in both academic and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction while fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Responsibilities Plan and deliver science instruction aligned with district curriculum and NH standards Create a positive classroom environment that supports diverse learners Use a variety of instructional strategies, including differentiated and small-group instruction Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction to meet individual needs Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues Collaborate with team members to support curriculum development and student success Uphold school expectations for student behavior and citizenship Participate in professional development, team meetings, and school initiatives Qualifications NH certification ( K-8, or appropriate middle school endorsement) or Statement of Eligibility Bachelor's degree in education or related field Additional Information This position includes typical classroom responsibilities as well as supervision of students during the school day and participation in school-wide activities.
