The Milford School District is seeking a dynamic, student-centered Middle School Math Teacher to join our team. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about helping students build strong mathematical foundations, develop problem-solving skills, and gain confidence as learners. Position Summary Under the direction of the Principal, the Middle School Math Teacher plans and delivers engaging instruction aligned with district curriculum and state standards. The successful candidate will create a positive learning environment that supports the intellectual, social, emotional, and academic growth of all students.

Responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering high-quality mathematics instruction Differentiating instruction to meet diverse student needs Monitoring and assessing student progress Using data to inform instructional decisions Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment Collaborating with colleagues, families, and support staff Integrating technology into daily instruction Supervising students in a variety of school-related settings Maintaining accurate student records and required documentation Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field from an accredited college or university Certification Requirements New Hampshire Department of Education certification in Mathematics or eligibility for certification Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of curriculum development and effective instructional practices Understanding of the teaching and learning process Ability to provide instruction that reflects multiple perspectives and diverse learning styles Ability to integrate technology into instruction Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Commitment to supporting the success of every student
