Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Follow JEI study material and help children self dependent.
- Teach assigned subjects, such as Math and English, to students of various grade levels.
- Provide individualized instruction and tutoring to students who require additional support.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters the intellectual and social development of students.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, tests, and assignments.
- Monitor student behavior and ensure a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of the subject area(s) being taught, such as Math or English.
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional support to students is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Knowledge of child welfare and development principles.
