The Teaching Fellow position is designed for individuals who have earned a Bachelor's degree and are interested in developing into a full-time classroom teacher. Teaching Fellows work alongside experienced educators while receiving coaching, mentorship, and hands-on classroom experience that prepares them for future teaching opportunities. This position is ideal for recent college graduates, career changers, aspiring educators, and individuals interested in pursuing teacher certification while gaining valuable classroom experience.

In This Role, You Will:

Support classroom instruction in partnership with lead teachers Provide academic support to individual scholars and small groups Assist in creating a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment Reinforce school-wide expectations and classroom routines Support student learning in literacy, mathematics, and other content areas Monitor student progress and assist with interventions designed to accelerate achievement Build strong relationships with scholars, families, and staff Participate in coaching, professional development, and collaborative planning opportunities Assist with school events, arrival, dismissal, and other school-wide responsibilities
