Full Job Description Position Overview:

Our private school is seeking a passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic educator to inspire middle and high school students (grades 6-12) in our enrichment program centered around American Values and Classical Education. This is a rewarding part-time opportunity to help young people connect with America's history, principles, and entrepreneurial spirit in a positive, engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, hands-on lessons to small groups of students ranging in grades 5 to 8 or 9 to 12. Create a supportive and exciting classroom atmosphere that fosters curiosity, patriotism, and critical thinking Follow provided lesson plans, materials, and curriculum (no lesson planning required!) Participate in periodic onsite and Zoom training sessions

Schedule:

Part-time:

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, three days per week 10-week sessions offered three times per year (Fall, Winter, Spring)

Requirements:

Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a genuine love for working with students Classroom experience is preferred Early childhood education, elementary, or similar experience is also highly valued (though not required) A formal teaching degree is not required — we value passion and practical experience Must deeply appreciate America and American values (freedom, self-reliance, constitutional principles, and the American spirit) Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full 10-week session once accepted Comfortable participating in both in-person and occasional Zoom training, using Google Drive and has a laptop or tablet that can connect to class TV.
