After-School Teacher

The Elizabeth Ann Clune Montessori School of Ithaca, a private non-profit serving children from 3 to 15 years old, seeks creative, energetic, and fun educators to work as After School teachers for the 26/27 school year. Ideal candidates have experience working with children, preferably in a school setting, and are creative, energetic, and collaborative educators with a passion for learning along with their students and growing with us.

Responsibilities:

oversee small groups of children focusing on being outdoors as much as possible, collaborate in the development of activities, make snacks, and connect with faculty and parents. There is the potential to work additional weekly hours as a substitute or in a support role. Living in the vicinity of Ithaca, New York, is a must. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Approximately 10-month school year. The hourly rate is based on experience and qualifications.
