Part-time Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or demonstrated equivalency of experience Previous experience in teaching or tutoring Proficiency in literacy education and math instruction tailored for young children. Effective behavior management techniques to address classroom challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
