Job Description

OnTECH Charter High School is seeking a passionate High School Educator to lead instruction for grades 9-12 during the 2026-2027 school year. At OnTECH, our educators collaborate to create an engaging and supportive environment for all students, particularly nontraditional learners. We value a growth mindset, educational equity, and innovative teaching methods while fostering character development and a strong sense of community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide instruction in ELA, Math, Social Studies, Science, or Arts for high school students. Support students' social-emotional development and individual learning needs, including those with IEP and 504 plans. Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive, student-centered learning environment.
Job Requirements:
Teaching Certification preferred. Experience with Project-Based Learning (PBL) and nontraditional education preferred. Why OnTECH? Small class sizes for personalized instruction. Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong understanding of social-emotional learning and educational equity. Experience serving EL/ESL students in literacy.
