Westchester - After School Instructor

iCAMP is looking to hire and train passionate and engaging teachers and tutors to teach our in-person STEAM after school classes part-time in #WC. iCAMP is seeking passionate and engaging instructors for our in-person after school STEAM classes. Topics include Lego robotics, coding, circuitry, game design, and more. If you have experience working with children and a genuine care for their growth, we want you! Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children in educational settings Background in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring Comfortable with technology and eager to integrate it into the learning process Available to teach at least two days per week during after school hours Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

Teach engaging STEAM after school lessons at various schools Review and internalize lesson plans Prepare for classes each week Attend mandatory routine in-person training sessions Occasionally procure materials/equipment for classes

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
