Key Responsibilities & Expectations Curriculum Alignment:
Deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce curriculum standards.
Student Engagement:
Challenge students academically while fostering a love for learning across all subject areas.
Holistic Support:
Bring compassion, empathy, and encouragement into the classroom every day to support students' emotional and academic growth. Qualifications A motivated individual with a genuine passion for motivating and empowering middle school students. Strong subject-matter knowledge and familiarity with modern standards-based grading and instruction.
