STEM School Assembly Instructor

Responsibilities Prepare and deliver captivating STEM assembly presentations tailored to various age groups and grade levels Engage students with hands-on demonstrations, experiments, and interactive activities that reinforce STEM concepts Collaborate with school staff to align assembly content with curriculum standards and school themes Manage classroom behavior during assemblies to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment Foster enthusiasm for STEM subjects by sharing real-world applications and inspiring curiosity Maintain equipment, materials, and safety protocols during demonstrations and activities Provide feedback on student engagement and learning outcomes to school administrators for continuous improvement Skills Strong classroom management skills to maintain order during lively assemblies Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including early childhood education or camp environments Excellent teaching abilities with a focus on engaging diverse learners through interactive methods Knowledge of childhood development principles to adapt presentations appropriately for different age groups Ability to handle emergency situations with first aid certification when necessary Familiarity with special education needs and behavior management strategies Background in theater or public speaking to deliver energetic and compelling presentations Experience in tutoring, babysitting, sports coaching, or childcare roles that demonstrate patience and leadership skills Understanding of Christian counseling or values-based education is a plus but not required Join us in inspiring the next generation of innovators!
