Job Description

Durant Public Schools is seeking a Aviation teacher for the 2026-2027 school term.
Reports to:
Durant High School Principal/Career Tech Director Qualifications:
Ability to obtain Career Tech Certification Proven ability to develop and deliver programming that drives improved academic performance for all student populations; knows effective practice for differentiating instruction. Demonstrates excellent execution and project management skills, including attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to balance the big picture with detailed steps to reach the end goal, and ability to balance multiple projects.
Responsibilites:
Work under the Career Tech umbrella at Durant High School Continuing contract employees, that wish to be considered for a transfer, should apply online via School Spring within 3 days of this posting date. A link can be found on the District website. (Apply as an Internal applicant)
