GRANT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 3, JOHN DAY, OREGON, IS SEEKING APPLICANTS FOR A FULL-TIME LICENSED POSITION OF SCHOOL COUNSELOR AT GRANT UNION JR/SR HIGH SCHOOL. QUALIFICATIONS
Have or qualify for an Oregon School Counselor License. Masters of Education in School Counseling or Masters in Counseling preferred. Working knowledge of Oregon's current Framework for Comprehensive School Counseling Program. Integrative counseling approach that implements trauma informed practices within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports. Successful experience working with students, parents, and teachers. Excellent speaking and writing skills. Holds a current First Aid/CPR card or willing to obtain by hire date.
