Job Description:
As an ECT in our school, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable teaching experience while receiving comprehensive support and mentorship. This position is ideal for newly qualified teachers who are eager to apply their theoretical knowledge, enhance their skills, and make a positive impact on young minds.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to a diverse range of student abilities and learning styles.
  • Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback, and setting achievable targets.
  • Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes student participation and collaborative learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, schemes of work, and assessment methods.
Requirements:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or have completed Initial Teacher Training (ITT).
  • Be passionate about teaching and dedicated to the success and well-being of students.
  • Demonstrate creativity, adaptability, and a commitment to innovative teaching methods.
  • Show a willingness to contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities.
