Part-time, Contract About VAC Enrichment VAC Enrichment is a nationwide leader in hands-on, project-based programs serving students from PreK through 8th grade. Our technology programs focus on coding, robotics, digital design, game development, and emerging tech , helping students build real-world skills through engaging, creative projects. We partner with schools and camps to deliver high-quality summer programs led by passionate educators who bring technology to life in a fun and accessible way. Position Overview We are seeking Summer Tech Camp Educators to lead or assist engaging, in-person technology-focused camps. Educators will guide students through hands-on projects using VAC curriculum while fostering a supportive and energetic learning environment. Programs may include topics such as: Coding & Programming Robotics & Engineering Game Design Digital Art & Graphic Design AI & Emerging Technology STEM Challenges This role is ideal for teachers, tech enthusiasts, college students, and professionals interested in working with students in a creative, hands-on setting. All interviews and trainings are conducted remotely. All classes are held in person. Class Options Newtown, PA

Key Responsibilities Lead or assist engaging, hands-on tech-based lessons using VAC curriculum Support students in building projects (coding, robotics, design, etc.) Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment Manage student behavior using age-appropriate strategies Set up and maintain equipment (laptops, tablets, robotics kits, etc.) Ensure student safety at all times Communicate professionally with staff and VAC leadership Complete required training, onboarding, and background checks Qualifications Experience working with children (education, camps, tutoring, etc.) Interest or experience in technology (coding, robotics, digital tools, etc.) Strong communication and classroom management skills Reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic Comfortable following structured curriculum Additional Requirements Reliable transportation to assigned location Ability to manage basic tech setup (devices, charging, troubleshooting) Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and move around the classroom Active engagement with students throughout the day What We Offer Flexible summer scheduling Paid training prior to program start Curriculum and materials provided Supportive team and clear structure Opportunity to teach exciting, real-world tech skills Great fit alongside other summer commitments Preferred (Not Required) Teaching or classroom experience Experience with coding platforms (Scratch, Python, etc.) Robotics experience (LEGO, VEX, etc.) Background in STEM or digital design CPR/First Aid certification Application Notes In addition to your application, please complete our

Pay:
$400.00 - $700.00 per week
