Role Description We are offering a full-time Teacher Leader position, an on-site teaching role at Growing IQ in Redwood City. We are looking for an experienced Teacher Leader who is able to teach ages 3 - 13 in mathematics and holistic student development as well as provide guidance to our part-time teachers with instruction and lesson planning. The teacher leader will be responsible for lesson planning, delivering lessons to students, creating educational materials, communicating with parents, and assisting the Director in administration and professional development to our teaching staff. Qualifications Experience in lesson planning and education Excellent communication and teaching skills Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience in working with children in a teaching or tutoring capacity Passion for teaching and promoting positive learning experiences for children Fluency in English Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese preferred

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
