Openings:
10 We are seeking passionate and dedicated Middle School Teachers to join a collaborative school-based team for the 2026-2027 academic year. These positions are open to both returning educators and new teachers who are excited to support student learning, growth, and development across a variety of grade levels. Teachers in this role will implement instructional plans, maintain a positive classroom environment, and work closely with administrators, staff, and families to ensure student success. Position Overview Middle School Teachers are responsible for carrying out daily instructional plans, fostering student engagement, and maintaining effective classroom management. Teachers collaborate with school leadership, colleagues, and support departments to create a productive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Implement daily instructional plans developed by the classroom teacher Maintain a positive classroom environment that supports learning and personal growth Build and maintain strong rapport with students Manage the classroom effectively and uphold school expectations Collaborate with administrators, colleagues, and school support staff Communicate professionally with parents, students, and school personnel Use Ed Plan and PowerSchool for required documentation Support academic, social, and behavioral development of students Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher (required) Active teacher license/certification as required by state or contract One year of teaching experience (preferred) Ability to read and implement instructional plans Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and administration Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts Complies with all professional standards of practice Current CPR certification (if applicable) TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as applicable) Current health certificate (if required by contract or state regulations) Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Out-of-state certifications are accepted if valid and in good standing. Candidates must complete all reciprocity steps before onboarding.
