About This Role Looking for a flexible part-time role that fits your schedule? Whether you're a college student or simply need part-time hours, now is a great time to secure meaningful work for the upcoming school year or summer! SHADES of Development, a leading provider of after-school and summer programs in East Tennessee, is seeking reliable, energetic, and compassionate team members who enjoy working with children in a group setting. In this role, you'll help lead engaging STEM, creative arts, and healthy lifestyle activities for PreK and K-5 students. Think this sounds like a great fit? SHADES could be the place for you!
Summer Schedules:
PreK & K-5th
Grade:
7:00 AM•12:30 PM or 12:30 PM•6:00
PM, Monday-Friday Substitutes:
Must be available for full shifts at least 2 days per week
School-Year Schedules:
PreK:
12:30 PM•6:00 PM, Monday-Friday K-5th
Grade:
2:00 PM•6:00
PM, Monday-Friday Substitutes:

Pay Range:
$15.00•20.25 per hour, based on experience and education Be part of the SHADES Afterschool and Summer Camp team, where students learn through interactive, adventure-based experiences.
