Job Overview:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a solid foundation for their educational journey. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum using a faith based curriculum
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
• Provide individualized attention and support to students
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
• Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning activities
• Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment We are a ministry of Alpha Baptist Church.

We are currently We are currently seeking a full-time teacher in our younger 2's class. The hours would be 7:00

• 2:00 Monday
• Friday. (35 hours/week). We are also seeking a summer school age teacher, 8:00
• 5:00 Monday
• Friday from June 1st
• July 31st.

This would be perfect for a teacher that might like a little extra money over the summer. All are encouraged to apply.
