Responsibilities Implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills among school-age children. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement, clear expectations, and effective behavior management techniques. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary. Foster an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and individual needs, including those requiring special education support. Communicate regularly with parents. Maintain organized records of daily activities, attendance, incident reports, and other documentation required for program compliance. Skills Strong classroom management skills to create a structured yet flexible environment conducive to learning and fun. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development best practices. Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, summer camp, tutoring programs, or childcare environments. Ability to perform first aid and respond effectively in emergency situations to ensure child safety. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members professionally. Familiarity with special education needs and inclusive teaching strategies is a plus. Passion for.
