Position Details:
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 6:00
PM Compensation:
$15.00 per hour
Student Groups:
Independently supervise 15-18 students, Pre-K through 8th grade
Your Role Will Include:
Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere Assist with homework and academic activities Lead and plan creative and age-appropriate games and projects Collaborating with other team members and being open to feedback and new ideas Maintaining a safe and structured environment for all students
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working with children is a plus Ideal for college students studying education, child development, psychology, or a related field to gain practical experience and make a meaningful difference in students' afternoons!
