About the Program We partner with local schools to provide engaging before and afterschool programs on elementary school campuses. Our programs focus on STEAM-based learning, hands-on activities, relationship-building, and creating a safe, club-style environment where students can learn, grow, and have fun. Before School Hours:
5:45 AM - 8:00
AM Optional Afterschool Hours:
3:00 PM - 6:30 PM What You'll DoSupport & Supervise Students Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children Supervise students and ensure their safety and well-being at all times Build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff Lead Activities & Learning Facilitate age-appropriate activities, games, and STEAM experiences Support students' social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Help implement daily program activities and routines Team & Program Support Maintain attendance and assist with program organization Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training opportunities Support classroom setup, organization, and cleanliness Assist with maintaining program compliance and safety standards Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma or GED required CPR and First Aid Certification required (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Previous experience working with children preferred Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Childcare, tutoring, camp counseling, coaching, mentoring, or volunteer experience Coursework in education, child development, psychology, healthcare, or related fields is a plus Why Join Our Team?
