Job Description

Position Summary All Nations Community School, an authorized IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) school, is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Middle School Math & Science Teacher to join our faculty for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time position, though we are open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate. Teaching responsibilities will draw from a combination of middle school math, middle school science, and Algebra 1, with the exact course load shaped by candidate strengths and school need. As a growing school with a strong sense of mission, we are looking for a teacher who brings content knowledge and a genuine love for the middle school learner. The ideal candidate will be eager to help shape curriculum, build classroom culture, and collaborate with colleagues in an environment rooted in Christian values and global awareness. Key Responsibilities Teach middle school math and science courses, including Algebra 1, aligned with school standards and the school's Christian mission. Design and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that promote critical thinking, mathematical reasoning, and scientific curiosity. Differentiate instruction and assessments to meet the diverse needs of learners. Collaborate with colleagues to support interdisciplinary learning and STEM program development. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster academic and spiritual growth. Participate actively in professional development, spiritual formation, and school life. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in math, science, or education (Master's preferred). Valid teaching certification or demonstrated experience in middle school math or science instruction. Proficiency in middle school mathematics and at least one science discipline; flexibility to teach across both content areas is strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. A mature Christian faith and commitment to the mission and values of All Nations Community School. Preferred Attributes Experience teaching in Christian, independent, or international school settings. Ability to integrate faith and learning in meaningful ways. Passion for student mentorship and whole-student development. Enthusiasm for collaborative, interdisciplinary teaching and learning. Willingness to contribute to school leadership, extracurricular programs, or new initiatives.
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
