Job Description

Big Dream Academy is seeking a passionate part-time, in-person Speech & Debate Coach to mentor middle school students (Grades 6-8). The coach will teach foundational public speaking and debate skills and prepare students for competitive tournaments.
Responsibilities:
Teach in-person Speech & Debate classes Develop lessons on argumentation, research, and critical thinking Coach and prepare students for tournaments Provide feedback and support student confidence and leadership Communicate student progress with school leadership and parents
Qualifications:
Experience teaching or coaching Speech & Debate Familiarity with NSDA formats preferred Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to engage and motivate middle school students
Compensation:
